		<description>We've heard some concerns regarding Adobe CS3 running inside a Vista machine. I personally have CS3 but I'm still using XP and don't have problems with it. No plans of shifting OS just yet.

The softwares mentioned are not at par with CS3 in my opinion. It's just a matter of getting used to it. Paint.net is open source so it gets better and better over time. As for online softwares, our personal preference is Picnik. Actually we use it to tweak some of the images in this site. Yes, we still use CS3 in several different advance purposes but for simple tasks we just "Picnik" it. 
Makes our lives a little bit easier.
